· Expenditure relating to laboratory analyses and certification is calculated and paid on an annual basis and up to the amount indicated in the , tables above only if it is carried out and proven by supporting documents (Compliance Documents of Special Provisions of the Code of Tax Identification of Transactions (KFAS)).
Beneficiaries of the measure may be natural or legal persons or groups of natural or legal persons who are active farmers;
The following categories of candidates cannot be considered beneficiaries:
1. those who have joined the early retirement scheme or their spouses;
2. early retirement successors who have been the subject of a decision excluding them from receiving any aid in the agricultural sector for 10 years;
3. those who have been expelled from an agri-environmental measure or action in a previous programming period due to the submission of intentional incorrect information and no period of two calendar years has elapsed since the expelling.
· Applications for , support are submitted between 19 February 2019 (19/02/2019) and 21 March 2019 (21/03/2019) at 00:00.
Candidate beneficiaries, in order to be included in the actions of Measure 11 of the call, submit their application for support electronically, through the Information System (IS).
