In order to grant new planting authorisations, priority criteria as selected for each region of each parcel shall be scored in each criterion on the basis of the weighting factor W and the conformity factor Pt.
The classification of eligible individual applications is done electronically by applying the general formula:
Pt = W1 * Pt1 + W2 * Pt2 + W3 * Pt3 + W4 * Pt4 + W5* Pt5
Where:
Pt = total of points assigned to a specific individual applicationW1, W2, W3, W4, W5 = weighting of criteria
Pt1, Pt2, Pt3, Pt4, Pt5 = compliance factor with the criteria
· Where the individual application contains more than one parcel , the scoring shall be calculated for each parcel applied for separately.
